By accessing the website, creating an account, enrolling in a program, purchasing a service, booking a call or selecting a checkbox indicating acceptance, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

The Full Motion Balance website;
-

-
Self-guided or Independent Track programs;
-
Guided Group Coaching;
-
1:1 Coaching Partnerships;

Any related service expressly referencing these Terms.
Purchases may also be governed by the offer description, checkout terms and our Program Policies & Refunds. If an offer-specific term conflicts with these general Terms, the offer-specific term presented at the time of purchase will control for that purchase.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase or use our services.
By using the services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these requirements.
3. Educational and Wellness Services
Full Motion Balance provides movement education, wellness information and coaching.
Our services are not medical care, physical therapy, mental-health treatment or emergency services. Nothing on the website or within a program is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease, injury or medical condition.
Information provided through videos, written materials, coaching, group discussions or automated tools is educational and is not a substitute for advice from a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for determining whether an activity is appropriate for you. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning if you have an injury, medical condition, recent surgery, unexplained symptoms or concerns about your ability to participate safely.
Stop any movement that causes sharp, increasing or unusual pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, loss of balance or other concerning symptoms. Seek appropriate medical care when needed. Call emergency services if you believe you are experiencing an emergency.
4. No Guarantee of Results
Individual experiences and results vary.
We do not guarantee that participation will eliminate pain, correct a particular condition, restore a specific level of movement or produce any particular physical, emotional or financial outcome.
Results may be affected by factors including the nature and duration of symptoms, medical history, consistency, individual response, participation, outside care and circumstances beyond our control.
Testimonials describe the experiences of particular individuals. They do not guarantee that another participant will achieve the same or similar results.
5. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
Movement and physical activity involve inherent risks.
You voluntarily choose whether to participate and accept responsibility for monitoring your comfort, range of motion and physical response.
You agree to:
-
Follow the safety instructions provided;
-
Remain within a comfortable range;
-
Avoid forcing movement or pushing through pain;
-
Stop when a movement produces concerning symptoms;
-
Use appropriate space, equipment and support; and
-
Seek professional medical advice when appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you accept the ordinary risks associated with voluntary participation. Nothing in these Terms releases any party from liability that cannot legally be waived, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
6. Program Pathways
Full Motion Balance may offer several participation options.
Independent or Self-Guided Programs
Self-guided participants are responsible for completing lessons, following instructions, monitoring their response and requesting assistance when needed. Self-guided access does not include individualized medical advice or unlimited personal coaching.
Guided Group Coaching
Group coaching may include scheduled calls, educational guidance, implementation support and interaction with other participants. Group sessions are not private medical consultations.
Information shared in a group setting may be heard by other participants. Participants must respect the privacy of others and may not record, distribute or disclose another participant’s personal information without permission.
The Company cannot guarantee that every participant will maintain confidentiality. Only share information you are comfortable sharing in a group environment.
1:1 Coaching Partnerships
Private coaching provides a higher level of individualized educational and implementation support. It does not establish a physician-patient, physical therapist-patient, psychotherapist-patient or other licensed healthcare relationship.
Specific scheduling, communication, deliverables and cancellation terms may be provided in a separate coaching agreement or offer description.
7. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and account.
Program access is licensed to one participant and may not be shared, transferred, sold or made available to another person.
We may suspend or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account has been shared, compromised, used unlawfully or used in violation of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining compatible internet access, devices, software and third-party accounts needed to use the services.
8. Meaning of “Lifetime Access”
When an offer includes “lifetime access,” it means access for as long as the applicable program remains actively offered and supported by Full Motion Balance on its current or successor platform.
It does not guarantee that a particular platform, feature, instructor, file format or service will remain available indefinitely.
If we permanently discontinue a program offering lifetime access, we may provide reasonable advance notice, downloadable materials, replacement access or another reasonable solution when practicable.
9. Fees and Payments
Prices, payment schedules and included services are displayed at checkout.
You authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping your billing information current.
A payment plan divides the total purchase price into installments. It is not a month-to-month subscription and does not permit cancellation of the remaining installments merely because you stop participating.
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, request updated information, suspend access or use lawful collection methods.
Unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise, purchases do not automatically renew. If we introduce an automatically renewing service, its renewal terms and cancellation method will be disclosed clearly before purchase.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund eligibility varies by program and is governed by:
-
The refund terms displayed at checkout;
-
The offer description;
-
Our Program Policies & Refunds in effect when you purchase; and
-
Any separate written agreement applicable to your service.
Review those terms before purchasing.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in the applicable refund policy, payments are nonrefundable after the stated refund period expires.
Missing sessions, failing to use the program, changing your mind or deciding that you no longer wish to participate does not automatically create a right to a refund or cancel an outstanding payment-plan balance.
If we cancel a paid service and do not provide a reasonable replacement, we will provide any refund required by the applicable offer terms or law.
11. Scheduling and Missed Sessions
Coaching and consultation appointments must be scheduled through the method we provide.
Rescheduling, missed-session and late-cancellation rules may be stated in the relevant offer or coaching agreement.
Except in an emergency or where otherwise agreed, a session missed or canceled outside the permitted notice period may be forfeited.
We may reschedule a session because of illness, emergencies, technology failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Coach Joey AI and Automated Tools
Coach Joey AI and any other automated assistant provide general educational information based on available program materials.
Automated responses:
-
May be incomplete, outdated or incorrect;
-
Are not medical advice or a diagnosis;
-
Are not a substitute for a healthcare professional;
-
Do not replace individualized coaching; and
-
Should not be used for emergencies.
Do not submit information you would not want processed through a third-party technology platform. Avoid sharing unnecessary medical, financial or highly sensitive personal information.
You remain responsible for evaluating automated responses and seeking appropriate human or professional help.
13. Intellectual Property
The website, Full Motion Balance name, program structure, videos, scripts, graphics, downloads, reference cards, movement sequences, written materials and other content are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access purchased or freely provided materials for your personal, noncommercial use.
You may not, without prior written permission:
-
Copy or reproduce substantial portions of the materials;
-
Share login credentials or course access;
-
Record or redistribute coaching sessions;
-
Sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the materials;
-
Upload materials to another platform;
-
Use the materials to create a competing course, coaching program or AI system;
-
Remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices; or
-
Claim our materials or methods as your own.
14. User Content and Community Conduct
If you submit comments, questions or other content through the services, you retain ownership of your original content.
You grant us the limited right to store, process and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service.
Private coaching communications will not be used publicly as testimonials without additional permission.
If you separately authorize us to use a testimonial, photograph, audio recording or video, that use will be governed by the permission or release you provide.
You may not submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, infringing, deceptive or malicious content. You may not impersonate another person, disrupt the service, introduce harmful code, scrape protected content or use the service for unauthorized advertising.
We may remove content or restrict participation when reasonably necessary to protect participants, the Company or the integrity of the service.
15. Privacy
Our collection and handling of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
Third-party platforms used for payments, course delivery, video hosting, scheduling, communications or automated assistance may process information under their own privacy policies.
Do not assume that group coaching, community posts or interactive tools are confidential healthcare communications.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
Our services may depend upon third-party providers, including payment processors, course platforms, video hosts, scheduling tools, communications platforms and AI services.
We do not control those providers and are not responsible for their independent terms, privacy practices, outages or actions.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement.
17. Service Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, replace or discontinue website features, program materials or delivery platforms.
We will not use updated Terms to retroactively remove a material purchase right already granted under the offer-specific terms accepted at checkout.
We may interrupt access temporarily for maintenance, security, platform changes or events beyond our control.
18. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for:
-
Nonpayment;
-
Account sharing;
-
Harassment or unsafe conduct;
-
Intellectual-property violations;
-
Fraud or unlawful activity;
-
Material breach of these Terms; or
-
Conduct that threatens the safety or operation of the community or services.
Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability and dispute resolution survive termination.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, that every error will be corrected, that every participant will find an imbalance or that the services will produce a particular result.
Nothing in this section limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company and its owners, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for that purchase during the preceding 12 months.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability resulting from gross negligence, intentional misconduct or another liability that cannot legally be limited.
21. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from third-party claims, losses or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, infringement of another person’s rights, unauthorized distribution of our materials or material violation of these Terms.
This obligation does not apply to claims caused by the Company’s own unlawful conduct.
22. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, you and the Company agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
Send a written description of the issue and requested resolution using the contact method provided on the website. We will attempt to respond within 30 days.
This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a procedure that cannot legally be waived.
23. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings must be brought in the state or federal courts serving the Florida county in which the Company maintains its principal place of business.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our services or legal obligations change.
The updated version will display a revised effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
The terms and refund policy accepted at the time of a purchase continue to govern that purchase to the extent required by law or expressly stated in the offer.
Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised website-use terms.
25. General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Program Policies & Refunds, applicable checkout terms and any separate written agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use or purchase.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets or transfer of the business.
Headings are included for convenience and do not limit the meaning of any provision.
