PROGRAM POLICIES AND REFUNDS

Full Motion Balance is designed to give you a clear, natural, and self-empowered way to work with pain, restricted movement, and recurring symptoms from home.
Because our paid programs include digital course access, structured education, and/or coaching support, our refund policies are limited and vary by program option.
We offer a Free Intro Lesson so you can experience the process before choosing a paid program. Please review the policies below before enrolling so you understand how refunds, payment plans, and coaching terms are handled.
Refund requests for the Independent Track may be made within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the student must not have completed more than 10% of the paid program, based on the course completion data available inside the course platform.
Once the student has completed more than 10% of the paid program, the purchase is considered active and non-refundable.
The Independent Track includes digital course access and structured program materials. For this reason, refunds are limited once paid course access has begun.
Refund requests for Guided Group Coaching may be made within 7 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the student must not have completed more than 10% of the paid program, based on the course completion data available inside the course platform, and must not have attended or received any group coaching support.
Once the student has completed more than 10% of the paid program, or once coaching support has begun, the purchase is considered active and non-refundable.
Guided Group Coaching includes digital course access, structured program materials, group support, and coaching guidance. For this reason, refunds are limited once paid program access or coaching support has begun.
The 1:1 Coaching Partnership includes personalized coaching, individual guidance, and reserved coaching time. Because of the private nature of this program, it does not follow the standard refund policy used for the Independent Track or Guided Group Coaching.
The 1:1 Coaching Partnership includes an Improvement Review Guarantee. To be eligible for this review, the client must complete the first 6 weeks of the program, attend the first 6 scheduled coaching sessions, complete the assigned course lessons and rebalancing work, and communicate with Coach Joey if they are having difficulty applying the process.
If the client has actively participated and does not experience meaningful improvement by the end of the 6th coaching session, they may request an Improvement Review within 7 days after the 6th coaching session.
During the review, Coach Joey will assess participation, completed assignments, communication, progress notes, and the client’s reported results. If the client qualifies under the guarantee terms, Full Motion Balance may offer additional support, a program adjustment, or a refund according to the written 1:1 Coaching Agreement.
Missed sessions, lack of communication, incomplete participation, or failure to follow the agreed program guidance may make the client ineligible for the Improvement Review Guarantee.
If a client misses 2 consecutive scheduled coaching sessions without communication, the program may be considered inactive, and the client may forfeit eligibility for the Improvement Review Guarantee. Unused sessions may still be rescheduled at Coach Joey’s discretion.
