About Coach Joey
Joey Raines is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, and TMR, TAT, and Sciatica Specialist with more than 30 years of experience helping adults with pain, stiffness, and restricted movement.
Over the years, Joey noticed that pain often does not happen in isolation. When one part of the body hurts or becomes restricted, other areas begin to compensate. Over time, those compensations can create imbalances that keep pain and stiffness coming back.
That insight became the foundation for Full Motion Balance™ — a structured, whole-body process that helps clients identify movement imbalances, rebalance through comfortable pain-free movements, and immediately retest so they can see and feel what is changing.
The goal is not to force the body or push through pain. The goal is to help people better understand what their body is showing them and learn a process they can use with more confidence from home.
Many clients begin noticing meaningful improvement within weeks, with most reporting significant progress by the end of the program.
