This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how Masters & Raines Transformational Health + Wellness LLC, operating the Full Motion Balance brand (“Full Motion Balance,” “we,” “us” or “our”), collects, uses and discloses consumer health data.
This policy supplements our general Privacy Policy and applies to health-related information that is not protected by the federal Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).
1. Consumer Health Data We May Collect
Depending on the information you voluntarily provide, we may collect:
- Pain, discomfort or symptom information;
- Movement limitations or restrictions;
- Injuries or physical conditions;
- Activities, movements or positions that trigger symptoms;
- Movement-check and LML-side results;
- Responses to rebalancing or retesting;
- Exercise and physical-activity information;
- Treatment, therapy or coaching history;
- Goals related to movement, comfort or physical function;
- Communications about physical or emotional wellbeing; and
- Inferences drawn from information you provide for the purpose of delivering coaching or educational support.
You are not required to provide more health-related information than is reasonably necessary to receive the service you request.
2. Sources of Consumer Health Data
We may collect consumer health data:
- Directly from you;
- Through forms and questionnaires;
- During coaching or clarity calls;
- Through course participation;
- Through email, chat or support messages;
- Through Coach Joey AI or related automated tools;
- Through movement-check results you report; and
- From another person when you authorize that person to provide information.
3. Why We Collect and Use Consumer Health Data
We may use consumer health data to:
- Provide requested courses, coaching and consultations;
- Respond to questions;
- Understand the movement concerns you voluntarily describe;
- Personalize educational or coaching guidance;
- Help you interpret movement-check responses;
- Schedule and prepare for coaching sessions;
- Provide customer support;
- Maintain safety and address reported concerns;
- Operate Coach Joey AI;
- Improve our educational materials and services using aggregated or deidentified information;
- Maintain records;
- Comply with law; and
- Protect the rights and safety of individuals and the Company.
We do not use consumer health data to make medical diagnoses or treatment decisions.
4. Consumer Health Data We Disclose
We may disclose consumer health data only as reasonably necessary to:
- Technology providers operating our website or courses;
- Scheduling, communication and video-conferencing providers;
- Chatbot and AI-service providers;
- Data-hosting and security providers;
- Contractors assisting with customer service or program delivery;
- Attorneys, accountants, insurers or other professional advisers;
- Government or legal authorities when required by law;
- A successor in connection with a business transfer; or
- Another recipient when you direct or authorize the disclosure.
Service providers supporting these functions may include WordPress and Thrive-related services, ThriveCart, Consolto, Gumlet and other providers necessary to operate the services.
Information voluntarily shared during group coaching or community participation may be visible to other participants. Only share information you are comfortable disclosing in that environment.
5. Selling and Advertising
We do not sell consumer health data.
We do not use consumer health data for targeted advertising.
We do not provide consumer health data to data brokers.
We do not combine consumer health data with information obtained from unrelated sources for advertising purposes.
6. Consent
When required by applicable law, we will request consent before collecting or sharing consumer health data beyond what is necessary to provide a product or service you requested.
You may withdraw consent by submitting a privacy request. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal and may limit our ability to provide services that depend upon the information.
We will request separate authorization before selling consumer health data. We currently do not sell consumer health data.
7. Your Consumer Health Data Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we collect or share consumer health data;
- Access the consumer health data associated with you;
- Obtain a list of third parties or affiliates with whom it was shared, where required;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Request deletion;
- Withdraw consent;
- Obtain a portable copy; and
- Appeal the denial of a request.
Submit requests through the contact method provided at infullmotion.online and identify the request as a “Consumer Health Data Request.”
We may need to verify your identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying or submitting another message marked “Privacy Appeal” and explaining the basis for the appeal.
8. Data Retention
We retain consumer health data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide requested services, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes, protect safety and legal rights, or comply with law.
When the information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or deidentify it.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of consumer health data.
No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Avoid submitting health information that is unnecessary for the service you are requesting.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change.
The updated policy will display a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will obtain consent before materially changing how previously collected consumer health data is used.
